French & American YMT Camp

Camping Information and Equipment:

For your safety:

Please avoid contact with indigenous animals. Do not go near, call or feed the local animals. They will not bother you if you do not bother them.

Forest fires are an enormous concern. Please no flames or fires, no camp stoves, no lanterns with fuel for light. We will provide all cooking in a safe area. No Smoking.

Do not wander off the roads or hike alone. Let others know where you are going and expect to return.

How to travel with camping Gear:
I have found the simplest method is to place all equipment related to camping in a duffel Bag and check it through. SouthWest doesn't charge extra for a checked bag.
