Dear Fellow Taiji Practitioners,

Lisa and I are looking forward to cooking for all of you this coming summer at the Yellow Dog Ranch for the European and American Taiji Gathering. Both of our cooking styles emphasize both seasonal and regional flavors, utilizing local ingredients wherever possible. But, we also want to be sure to accomadate for any specific dietary comcerns.

So, we would like for you to notify us of any food allergies or specific dietary considerations. For example, if you don't eat dairy, are allergic to peanuts, avoid gluten or you are a vegetarian, we would like to know. There will be plenty of delicious options that can readily accomadate for a variety of different palates, so it's not a problem if we know in advance. Thank you for taking some time to let us know if you have any specific dietary concerns. If I have already spoken to you, I have made note of it. And if I don't hear from you, I will assume you are an omnivore like me and are open to eating anything and everything.
